Qualifications

• 8+ years in PE value creation, PE partnerships, or commercial roles at high-growth B2B software/tech companies.
• Experience building a PE partnerships program from the ground up.
• Track record leading commercial teams and achieving pipeline and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the PE partnerships strategy, including high-touch sponsor engagement and scalable programs.
• Develop relationships with PE firms and portfolio-company leaders to create value for Navan.
• Translate partnerships into commercial outcomes with portfolio-level campaigns and active deals.
• Build the partnerships organization, processes, and playbooks for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Rev Ops, Finance, Marketing to align objectives and measure performance.
