Job summary

Omnea is seeking commercially sharp, tenacious operators to scale its Private Equity Partnerships motion. This role will be hired across London, New York and Austin at varying seniority levels based on experience.

You will build, operationalise and deepen external relationships, turning PE partnerships into a repeatable, scalable source of revenue with early success in partner-led growth.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in high-performance, fast-moving environments.
• Strategy consulting, investment banking, or investing experience.
• Commercial experience in a startup or scale-up with quota-bearing or partnerships roles.
• Strong execution orientation with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across PE firms.
• Ability to understand complex products and translate into actionable next steps.
• Ambitious, accountable, and comfortable with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• hunt new private equity relationships, define priorities, and build the case for Omnea to be recommended to portfolios
• operationalise existing PE partnerships, manage day-to-day relationships, and drive introductions
• organise ecosystem-building events for private equity and portfolio community
• manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and improve win rates
• work with Sales on live deals and partner with others to codify winning playbooks
• collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to build customer stories and ROI metrics
