Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Director of Pricing & Analytics to own pricing end-to-end—shaping strategy, governance, and the tools that enable defensible pricing across a multi-segment, rapidly scaling business.

You will partner with regional and national sales leaders, account managers, and the data team to translate pricing strategy into measurable results, driving margin realization and building a formal pricing discipline across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pricing experience in industrial businesses; equipment-rental experience is highly preferred.
• Strong track record building pricing strategy, governance, and tools that drive margin improvement.
• Hands-on proficiency with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations and train across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Architecture: Develop overarching pricing strategy, segmentation, and rate architecture reflecting value.
• Price Execution & Realization: Manage recurring price increases and drive pricing realization through regional reviews.
• Governance, Controls & Deal Support: Design pricing controls and set up a formal deal desk with models.
• Analytics, Tools & Reporting: Build pricing tools, dashboards, and automation to scale pricing.
• Commercial Enablement & Partnership: Lead pricing training and enablement with sales teams and renewal analyses.
