Lennox International, a leading HVAC and climate-control solutions provider, seeks a Pricing Analyst Lead to drive pricing strategy, profitability, and revenue optimization across Parts & Supplies. This role partners with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and IT to deliver analytics, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will develop pricing strategies, build financial models, and lead complex pricing projects, including AI-enabled pricing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with strong analytics.
• Five+ years in pricing, revenue management, analytics, or related.
• Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and financial models.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with pricing systems, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy development to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Build and maintain pricing models for list price, costs, discounts, and profitability.
• Conduct portfolio analyses to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Analyze pricing performance across products, regions, customers, and channels.
• Develop pricing recommendations supported by financial analysis and market trends.
• Leverage AI-enabled pricing and analytics tools to improve decisions.
• Present findings clearly to cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Support long-range planning and annual pricing strategy development.
• Mentor pricing analysts and drive cross-functional projects.
