Duravent Group in Detroit seeks a Director of Pricing to lead pricing across 14 brands and three channels from our hybrid headquarters. You will partner with senior commercial leaders, drive governance, analytics, and disciplined price discipline to improve margins and channel profitability.

The role requires a track record in pricing leadership within manufacturing or HVAC, PE-backed environments, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/finance; MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years pricing leadership in HVAC, manufacturing, or durable goods.
• Experience with sponsor reporting in private equity environments.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing across 14 brands and three channels.
• Build governance, tools, and a single source of truth for pricing.
• Establish analytics foundation: price waterfall, elasticity, margin bridges.
• Rationalize list price structure and discount waterfalls across channels.
• Redesign distributor program economics with net price bands.
• Develop cost pass-through mechanisms for materials and freight; leakage audits.
