Job summary

Amenity Construction Group is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our pool construction sales efforts across new builds and renovations. You will guide a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across multiple markets and brands.

The role requires strategic leadership in pool construction sales, strong CRM and communication skills, and travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in national or regional sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience leading commission-only sales teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue across all markets and brands.
• Recruit, train, and lead the Sales Team to hit targets.
• Build long-lasting client partnerships with residential, commercial clients, and developers.
• Identify opportunities for business development in B2B and B2C sectors.
• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
