Job summary

Azureon is seeking an experienced Pool Construction & Renovations Outside Sales Representative to drive growth nationwide in the United States. You will identify new clients, present tailored pool construction and renovation solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, delivering a seamless customer experience.

The role requires building strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers, traveling within assigned territories, and collaborating with design

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction and renovation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community events to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, provide expert advice on pool design and renovation options, and develop customized proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed sales presentations and estimates that clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company’s services.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and project management to ensure smooth project execution and client communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position the company’s services in the market.
