Job summary

Azureon LLC is seeking an experienced Pool Construction & Renovations Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying and securing new clients for pool construction and renovation services across the United States.

You will build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in construction or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction and renovation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel in sales territories.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office for sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess needs and propose pool design/renovation options.
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and cost estimates.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and project management teams.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline using CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends to position services effectively.
