Job summary

Azureon is seeking a Pool Construction & Renovations Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth across the United States. You will build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and collaborate with project teams to ensure on‑time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction and renovation processes is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned sales territories.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and events to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and develop customized proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed sales presentations and estimates showing value of services.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution and client communication.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position services effectively.
