Job summary
Abacus Insights is seeking a Head of Technical Product Management to own the technical product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Data Cloud and AI platform, partnering with engineering to translate complex data architectures into durable competitive advantage.
You will lead Directors and TPMs, steward platform reliability, FinOps, governance (HIPAA/HITRUST), and enterprise collaboration with CTO, CEO, and clients, delivering measurable outcomes for health plans.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of technical product management experience.
- 6+ years leading platform/cloud/SaaS or Data/AI infrastructure products at scale.
- Experience building/scaling TPM function in Engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year technical product strategy and roadmap for the data platform and AI infrastructure.
- Own platform outcomes, including adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency (FinOps).
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Data/AI, Security, Legal, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes.
