Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own data, analytics, evaluation, and governance across the platform. You will define contracts, acceptance criteria, and interfaces to ensure reusable, scalable data products and governance surfaces that unlock safe AI in healthcare.

You will partner with data platform and analytics leaders, own the roadmap, and translate complex healthcare data concepts into tangible products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in product management with data/analytics ownership.
• Experience with AI/ML evaluation or model quality.
• Experience with enterprise data integration including healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for data and analytics products balancing needs and reuse.
• Map analytics questions to source systems and own architecture decisions.
• Turn per-customer data builds into reusable data products with clear interfaces.
• Define generalization requirements for scored outputs and models.
• Write acceptance criteria before work commits to sprint.
• Vet customer-facing KPIs and manage the metrics catalog end to end.
• Own cost observability as a product for model calls and workflows.
• Define evaluation and governance gates as reusable platform capabilities.
