Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Data Platform and Agentic AI Platform, defining strategy, roadmap, and early technology choices. This senior IC role will collaborate with engineering, data, security, risk, and compliance to launch scalable platforms and eventually lead a team.

You will guide governance, context engineering, and safety features while shaping how AI-driven workflows are built, evaluated, and deployed across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience owning platform, data, and infrastructure across services and APIs.
• Experience leading large data or platform migrations with cost management across cloud and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture including warehouses, lakehouses, ETL/ELT, and semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data platform strategy, architecture, sequencing, and success metrics.
• Lead data migration, ETL processes, and dashboards with minimal business disruption.
• Own the enterprise data product roadmap for identity, consent, and insights.
