Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Enterprise AI Platform, driving the control plane, governance, and self-service tooling across Abbott's engineering teams. You will translate needs into a prioritized platform capability roadmap and work closely with AI Product Managers, AI/Agentic Engineering, and data scientists to accelerate safe AI/ML deployments.

You will balance competing requests, maintain a strong backlog, and define adoption metrics to measure impact while partnering

Qualifications

8–10+ years of product management experience
Hands-on PM for a platform/infrastructure product
PM for an AI/ML platform specifically
Strong technical depth to discuss model/agent registries, governance, orchestration

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for the AI Platform and paved-road services
Gather and prioritize platform requirements across enterprise teams
Define and evolve the paved road with self-service tooling and templates
Act as the platform product owner: manage backlog and requirements
Define adoption, satisfaction, and time-to-onboard metrics to steer the roadmap
Schedule investments against the Platform Roadmap with Platform/Strategies leadership
