Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years in software engineering, cloud infra, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years leading managers with distributed teams in large-scale environment.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native platforms on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOps, observability, reliability engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead high-performing teams, establish engineering standards and metrics.
• Drive automation, self-service platforms, and engineering excellence.
• Develop and evolve developer platforms to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Standardize CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code across engineering teams.
• Lead cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; ensure scalable, secure infra.
• Drive reliability through SRE practices, SLAs/SLOs, and proactive monitoring.
• Embed DevSecOps across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Foster innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across teams.
