Job summary

Smile Digital Health seeks a Director of Cloud & Managed Services to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of its cloud platform. You will guide multidisciplinary teams in cloud operations, platform engineering, and deployment automation for Managed Services, SaaS, and customer environments.

The role requires 7+ years in senior cloud operations leadership, deep ITSM and cybersecurity experience, and a track record of scaling cloud platforms with automation.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading cloud operations and managed services in healthcare tech.
• Strong background in ITSM, security, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to scale platforms with automation and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic Cloud & Managed Services team for growth and competitiveness.
• Define roadmaps for deployment and infrastructure automation.
• Maintain client relationships and align IT programs with business goals.
• Drive DevOps best practices including IaC, CI/CD, and release automation.
• Ensure security-by-design and compliance across platforms.
