The Clare in Chicago is seeking a Manager of Plant Operations to lead the maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance of our senior living campus. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and grounds to create a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, scheduling, vendor management and continuous improvement while adhering to OSHA and life-safety standards. A proven leader with healthcare facilities experience is required.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or senior living settings preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance for apartments and community.
• Oversee maintenance department operations including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Lead staff, hire, train, schedule and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, life-safety codes and environmental standards.
• Monitor budgets, vendor relationships and contracted services.
• Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and safety inspections.
