Qualifications

• Budgeting and capital planning experience.
• Resident-first mindset and responsive service.
• CCRC/SNF knowledge preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Run the preventative maintenance program for residential areas, health center, and common spaces.
• Own operating and capital budgets: annual plan, forecasting, cost control, monthly reviews.
• Direct renovations and units turns from start to finish with scope, timeline and budget.
• Manage vendors: bids, partnerships, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance, certification, and survey readiness year-round.
• Handle resident/apt requests promptly and courteously.
• Lead safety, emergency planning, and training; keep plans current.
• Build and mentor a plant operations team with clear structure and accountability.
• Be present in the community and engage with resident, quality, and safety conversations.
