Job summary

The Physician Recruitment Manager at Bryan Health leads the talent management function and employment-related activities of Bryan Health providers. You will direct the recruitment team, develop proactive strategies and ensure high-quality provider talent to meet organizational goals.

You will oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, contracting and onboarding, collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders, and manage the applicant tracking system while reporting on KPIs and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field required.
• Minimum of three years recruitment or physician compensation experience.
• Minimum three years leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to talent acquisition.
• Ability to develop written policies and procedures and recruitment advertisement/media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full provider recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, contracting, and onboarding.
• Develops, recommends and implements programs, plans, policies, and procedures for provider recruitment and compensation.
• Leads and mentors a team of provider recruiters, compensation analyst, and support staff.
• Leverages technology to develop candidate pools and market Bryan Health provider employment opportunities.
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational growth.
• Manages applicant tracking systems and generate reports to identify trends and improve processes.
