Job summary

Baptist Health in Florida is seeking a Physician Recruitment Liaison to partner with BHMG leaders and physicians to develop sourcing plans and manage staffing needs.

The role screens candidates, guides them through the employment process, and supports physician recruitment activities. Strong interpersonal and MS Office skills are essential; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor preferred or 7 years healthcare executive/physician experience.
• Must be self-motivated, able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with diplomacy.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and business partner between BHMG leaders and physicians.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans and participate in job scoping sessions.
• Screen candidates to meet staffing needs and guide employment process.
• Organize and support physician activities and recruitment functions.
