HCA Healthcare in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers across a division. You will partner with hospital leadership, develop sourcing strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure compliant, data-driven recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsabilités

• Provides ownership and manages full cycle physician & advanced practice provider recruitment and placement activities for their respective division or LOB.
• Collaborates with division/facility/LOB leadership to understand and intake business needs and activate recruitment strategies.
• Gathers insights to guide strategies and prepares monthly/quarterly reports detailing the performance of recruitment activities across the division/LOB.
• Develops, implements, and works a recruitment plan to ensure compliant recruitment standards.
• Serves as communication liaison with market leadership, Physician Services, candidates and physicians.
• Plans and directs activities to develop sources of qualified applicants, screens applicants, and oversees interview processes.
• Negotiates financial contracts and creates physician spend proformas.
• Maintains candidate records and recruitment data; coordinates site visits and housing options as needed.
• Interfaces with hospital CEOs and Physician Services operations to determine staffing needs.
• Identifies trends in healthcare recruitment to develop strategic plans.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
