Zusammenfassung

Every Electric is building distributed energy storage to make electricity more affordable and reliable in NYC and beyond. We seek an operations-focused leader to own end-to-end physical operations: getting powerbanks into homes, tracking units, and coordinating refurbishment or recycling.

This hands-on role partners with the co-founders to define operating strategy, redesign workflows, and launch playbooks as we expand into new markets, including last-mile logistics, warehousing, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in operations or strategy and operations with direct ownership of a physical operation.
• Ability to build automation, internal tools or dashboards.
• Fluent with SQL, APIs and databases for integration.
• Experience in a startup or lean team.
• Experience with logistics, delivery or fulfillment partnerships.
• Interest in energy and decarbonization; willing to work hands-on in Brooklyn.

Aufgaben

• Develop operating strategy to scale growth.
• Own fulfillment and deployment across warehouses and carriers.
• Manage inventory and asset lifecycle including refurbishment.
• Run warehouse operations, safety, lithium-ion handling and compliance.
• Build internal tools and dashboards for fulfillment and inventory.
• Design launch playbooks for new markets.
• Manage unit economics and select partners.
