Job summary

Memories.ai in San Francisco seeks a hands-on Community Manager to build and nurture the physical AI research community. You’ll own who’s in the network, run founder and researcher dinners in SF and Palo Alto, and organize meetups and office events at our SF office location at 724 Pine St.

You’ll manage a CRM pipeline, track attendance and partnerships, and collaborate with GTM and marketing. The role requires an energetic host with a bias for action, able to turn relationships into long-term

Qualifications

Experience building or running a community or events series, ideally in tech or AI.
Excellent host with proven ability to engage diverse groups.
Strong prose and outreach skills for invitations and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the roster of researchers and operators from robotics labs, frontier labs and startups.
Run founder and researcher dinners in SF and Palo Alto, from guest list to follow-ups.
Organize regular meetups around shared interests, like sports or hobby groups.
Host talks, demos and happy hours at our SF office at 724 Pine St.
Own venues, vendors and the events budget.
Track attendance, repeat attendance and relationships; share insights with GTM and marketing.
