Job summary

Hellyeah AI in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Community Manager to grow our AI startup community and strengthen brand presence. This on-site role focuses on connecting with founders, developers, and startup ecosystems.

You will plan events, run meetups, and manage communications across Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, and other channels while collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events, operations, or related roles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-changing environment.
• Smart, proactive, and a fast learner, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Based in San Francisco and available to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with AI founders, developers, creators, and startup communities.
• Plan and execute community events, meetups, networking sessions, and other engagement initiatives.
• Manage community communications across platforms such as Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Support brand awareness, community growth, and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple projects, events, and stakeholders while ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive community engagement.
• Track community performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve engagement strategies.
