Job summary

Town, an SF-based applied AI company, is hiring for a community-focused role. You will own community strategy, build events calendar, connect users, and turn routines into scalable programs.

Ideal candidate has experience in community or event marketing, strong writing, and a track record of launching programs, with comfort in data and metrics; must be able to manage in-office operations five days a week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Experience in community, customer marketing, or event marketing with hands-on programs.
• Ability to launch and scale programs with measurable impact.
• Strong writing and communication skills for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Town's community strategy end to end: audiences, programs, and outcomes.
• Build the peer-learning engine and disseminate valuable user-created work.
• Grow the online community and nurture engagement with prompts and discussions.
• Create and manage events calendar: in-office shows, builder nights, workshops, and dinners.
• Turn community output into GTM fuel for marketing, sales, and support.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to feed feedback into roadmaps.
