Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide Application Development & Maintenance for Specialty Pharmacy Distribution in Dublin, OH.

You will supervise blended onshore/offshore teams, align on strategic roadmaps, and drive integrations between internal apps, SAP, and Manhattan WMS. The role emphasizes AI-driven enhancements, agile delivery, HIPAA/HITRUST-conscious practices, and budget stewardship across vendors.

Qualifications

Lead distributed onshore/offshore engineering teams and contractors.
Build, prioritize, and execute a strategic roadmap for Specialty Pharmacy Distribution applications.
Ensure data flow and integrations between custom solutions and enterprise/SaaS platforms (SAP integrates with Manhattan WMS).
Validate architecture, assess estimates, and manage technical debt.

Responsibilities

Lead blended onshore/offshore engineering teams and contractors, fostering accountability and delivery.
Partner with business leaders to prioritize and execute a strategic roadmap for Specialty Pharmacy Distribution apps.
