Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a passionate Senior Manager to drive the evolution of our Personal Shopping and Stylist programs. You will lead high-touch selling efforts, develop top talent, and strengthen client relationships across stores, merchants and partners.

This role reports to the Director of Top Client Development within the CRG team. The Senior Manager will shape strategy, collaborate across the organization, and drive growth while staying attuned to market trends and competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in luxury retail, client development and omnichannel leadership.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship building with clients, sellers, partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, creativity, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and flex schedule to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Personal Shopping and Stylist programs, defining roles, deliverables and success metrics.
• Collaborate with stores on appointments and activations to develop talent and elevate the client experience.
• Analyze merchandise sales mix and client book makeup to uncover growth opportunities.
• Connect shoppers, stylists and clients to activations and provide on-site support for results.
• Design onboarding and mentorship programs with Learning & Development and stores.
• Build community through team calls and conclaves and create career paths with HR and leadership.
