Zusammenfassung

Bloomingdale's in New York seeks a Senior Manager to lead our Personal Shopping and Stylist programs, elevating how we serve our top clients and high-performing sellers. You will partner with store leadership, merchants and vendor partners to craft compelling experiences and drive growth across the luxury client base.

Reporting to the Director of Top Client Development within the Customer Experience & Strategy team, you will shape program strategy, mentor talent, and ensure connectivity across

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
5+ years in luxury retail, client development or omnichannel leadership.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
Ability to travel to stores and client events as needed.
Strong proficiency with MS Office.

Owns evolution of Personal Shopping & Stylist programs, defining roles, deliverables and success measures.
Partners with stores to develop talent and elevate the client experience.
