Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Senior Manager of Elevated Selling Programs to lead our top-tier Personal Shopping and Stylist initiatives. The role focuses on growing client relationships, developing talent, and aligning with merchants and store leadership to deliver exceptional elevated selling experiences.

The position reports to the Director of Top Client Development within the Customer Experience & Strategy team and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, market insights, and program

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in luxury retail, client development, omnichannel leadership.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.

Mansioni

• Supports top client and luxury selling strategies through cultivation of personal shopping and stylist services.
• Owns evolution of Personal Shopping & Stylist programs, defining roles, deliverables and success measures.
• Builds the personal shopping and stylist communities through touchpoints and programming.
• Partners with stores to build business plans and on-site appointments/activations.
• Connects Shoppers, Stylists and clients to VIC Activations to maximize experience and results.
