Bloomingdale's, LLC seeks a Senior Manager for Personal Shopping & Stylist programs to lead top-client experiences and elevate selling services. You will develop talent, coordinate with stores and vendor partners, and drive growth in these high-touch programs.

The role reports to the Director of Top Client Development within the Customer Experience & Strategy team, focusing on market trends, client relationships, and strategic program expansion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 5+ years in luxury retail, client development, omnichannel leadership.
• Proven track record in sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship orientation with Clients, Sellers, Vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident, persuasive presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Support top client and luxury selling strategies through personal shopping and stylist services.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop talent and elevate client experience.
• Build and nurture personal shopping/stylist communities via onboarding and programming.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising and HR to align product offerings and career paths.
