Job summary

Google is looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive the performance advertising business across multiple verticals, including Search and Performance Max. You will build trusted client relationships, translate business needs into powerful advertising solutions, and coach a distributed team to achieve ambitious goals.

The role offers in-office collaboration, cross-functional partnerships with Google teams, and travel to meet clients in person as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.

Responsibilities

Lead team of Performance Specialists across multiple verticals to grow performance business (Search and PMax).
Define sales strategy and activation plan for sector's performance business to deliver on business and product adoption goals.
Work with sales leadership and sales teams to activate performance strategy, including surfacing new opportunities, preparing for client pitches, influencing clients, delivering thought leadership, and driving behavioral change.
Partner and work cross-functionally with other Google teams to execute the sales strategy and influence product development.
Consistently be in office to collaborate with sales teams and travel to meet clients.
