Job summary

Google is seeking a senior sales leader to drive Performance Specialists across multiple verticals, growing the performance business (Search and PMax). You will define sales strategy, activation plans, and work with account teams to surface opportunities and pitch clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Performance Specialists across multiple verticals to grow performance business (Search and PMax).
• Define sales strategy and activation plan for sector's performance business to deliver on business and product adoption goals.
• Work with sales leadership and sales teams to activate performance strategy, including surfacing new opportunities, preparing for client pitches, influencing clients, delivering thought leadership, and driving behavioral change.
