Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our PPC and SEO initiatives. This is a remote, management role overseeing the PPC and SEO strategists who execute channel work at scale.

You will own channel strategy, budgeting, and client reporting, while the strategists handle execution. Expect close collaboration with sales and a focus on growing the department through hiring and process improvements.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO with leadership experience.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Comfortable being client-facing owner when accounts underperform.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Lead PPC and SEO strategists and enforce quality standards.
• Ensure honest reporting and GA4 accuracy across client work.
• Diagnose underperforming accounts and direct the strategy team to fix them.
• Lead hiring and first-round interviews for the department.
