Job summary

Brex is seeking a senior leader to own and scale Brex's performance marketing strategy and paid media investments across a broad channel mix. You will partner with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing to grow an established acquisition engine, transition brand media buying in‑house, and build a sophisticated measurement framework to guide investment decisions.

With a rapidly expanding media budget post- Capital One acquisition, you will accelerate experimentation in emerging channels,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media, scaling multichannel campaigns.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams with hands‑on leadership.
• Deep expertise in LTV, ROI, incremental revenue, and revenue‑based optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brex's performance marketing strategy and paid media investments across channels.
• Scale an established acquisition engine and build an in‑house center of excellence for performance and brand media buying.
• Own the strategy and financial performance of media investments; balance near‑term revenue with long‑term demand creation.
• Drive full‑funnel media planning, vision, and accountability for pipeline and revenue.
• Manage a growing multi‑million‑dollar media budget; optimize acquisition volume, LTV, and incremental revenue.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Data, and Finance to improve measurement, forecasting, and budget pacing.
