Job summary

Siemens seeks a Head of Performance Insights to shape and lead analytics for its Digital Sales Channel. You will define standard KPIs, invest in scalable dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across the DSC Strategy & Governance group.

You will build and mentor a diverse analytics team, partner with product and sales leadership, and apply advanced analytics to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate performance risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in performance management, BI, or digital analytics.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in Digital Sales, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments.
• Strong SQL, Python, or R skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Insights within DSC Strategy & Governance.
• Define KPIs, measurement methodologies, and dashboards.
• Build and mentor a diverse analytics team.
• Collaborate across DSC, FS and senior sales leadership.
• Apply advanced analytics: predictive modelling and customer segmentation.
