Job summary

Omnicom Public Relations seeks a Senior Vice President, Director of Performance Measurement & Infrastructure to lead data, infrastructure, and AI capability suites. You will set multi-year vision, recruit and mentor analytics teams, and drive enterprise-scale measurement solutions.

You will collaborate across Fortune 50 stakeholders, guide pricing, IP packaging, and strategic advisory while advancing an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data infrastructure, marketing analytics, or data engineering in a senior agency or management consulting role.
• Proven track record growing an analytics practice and managing P&Ls.
• Ability to translate complex tech into strategic business imperatives for C-level executives.
• Deep familiarity with social listening tools and modern data stack ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive client relationships and define growth strategy for Fortune 50 accounts.
• Shape IP, packaging, and pricing for intelligence products; drive large enterprise proposals.
• Architect data governance, AI governance, and enterprise measurement solutions.
• Scale the Insights & Analytics organization and manage VP/Director leaders.
• Direct roadmap decisions for data infrastructure and vendor partnerships.
