Anthro Energy is hiring its first Head of People to build a talent engine as we scale from R&D to manufacturing. You’ll own recruiting, work with executives, and shape culture, policies, and people programs across multiple sites and states.

You will lead talent strategy, design scalable processes, and drive equity and fairness as the team grows from ~100 to 300+ employees, including hourly workers, while leveraging external resources to fill gaps.

Competenze

• 8+ years in HR or People roles
• First or only people leader at a startup
• Broad experience across employee lifecycle
• Strong recruiting track record including technical talent
• Experience in hardware, deep tech or manufacturing
• Experience scaling a company from 100 to 300+ employees
• Multi-state employment experience is a plus

Mansioni

• Build and lead our people function end to end as the company scales
• Own talent acquisition across functions and geographies with a rigorous, equitable process
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, and employee relations
• Develop managers through coaching and practical leadership frameworks
• Design and run core people programs: onboarding, performance, compensation, equity, benefits, LOAs
• Establish scalable HR operations and compliance across sites and states
• Drive a culture of excellence, fairness, and accountability during scale
• Bring data and metrics to people decisions and define key HR KPIs
• Build a small but mighty team and leverage external resources as needed
