Job summary

• Own configuration, reliability, and ongoing operation of platforms like Workday and Ashby.
• Design integrations across People systems, internal products, and the broader technology ecosystem.
• Partner with People Innovation Labs to surface workflows via OpenHouse, Slack, and AI-powered experiences.
• Set strategy and roadmap for OpenAI’s People systems, balancing immediate operational needs with architecture changes.
• Manage vendor relationships, drive alignment across People, Engineering, Finance, Security, Legal and other partners.
