Chainalysis is seeking a Senior People Systems & Integrations Analyst to own and evolve our HR technology ecosystem, focusing on Workday configuration, integrations, and cross-system workflows. The role blends functional and technical work to deliver high-quality user experiences across People operations.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of Workday HCM techno-functional experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting).
• Experience building or supporting Workday integrations (EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Experience bridging functional stakeholders (People, Finance, Payroll, BizTech) with technical teams.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with automation/iPaaS platforms (Workato) and AI-powered tools, plus willingness to experiment.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear communication.

• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Workday and the broader People Tech stack.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM across lifecycle processes.
• Partner with People, Finance, Payroll, and BizTech to translate needs into system solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation – including AI-powered workflows.
• Ensure interoperability across Workday, Adaptive, Ashby, payroll providers.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems; explore AI tools to streamline data flows.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support workforce planning data flows between Workday and Adaptive.
• Support testing for new functionality and product releases.
• Maintain documentation and establish governance and change-management best practices.
• Stay current on AI and automation trends in HR technology and recommend tools.
