Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree or higher (advanced degrees a plus).
• Currently working as a Chief of Staff or Project Manager on active, in-flight projects.
• Proven track record managing complex software implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep Excel proficiency; experience in process mapping, technical writing, or data modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation processes and HR technology implementations end-to-end, across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Own backlogs, user support, and project planning for HCAP initiatives.
• Scope open-ended business needs into structured, cross-team workflows and tools.
• Curate and leverage employee data to answer strategic talent questions for firm leadership.
• Act as a trusted partner to HCAP and Human Capital leadership — attending key meetings, tracking follow-ups, and driving alignment across department heads.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure team and project performance.
• Prepare materials, briefings, and analysis for executive and C-suite audiences.
• Identify risks and opportunities across ongoing initiatives and make actionable recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional communication so leadership priorities translate into execution.
