LaunchDarkly is seeking a Director, People Operations to lead the operating model, service delivery, and continuous improvement of People Operations and Talent Acquisition across the employee and candidate lifecycles. You will report to the Senior Director, People Operations and will drive a connected portfolio spanning global People Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, and related programs.

• 15+ years in People/HR Operations or similar, with 5+ years leadership across both employee and candidate lifecycles.
• Experience designing scalable global operating models and governance.
• Strong program management, change leadership, and executive communication.

Mansioni

• Establish and lead a global People Operations operating model across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations teams with clear ownership and prioritization.
• Define service standards, escalation paths, operating rhythms, and stakeholder partnerships.
• Oversee compliance workflows, employment agreements, audits, and immigration/mobility processes in collaboration with Legal.
• Improve consistency, quality, and equity of employee and candidate experiences across regions.
• Develop scalable documentation, self-service resources, and controls to reduce manual work.
