Job summary

Vaulted Deep is seeking a strategic Head of People to build and lead the people function as the company scales from Series A through Series B and beyond. You will report to the CEO, partner with the executive team, and shape culture, talent strategy and organizational design across multiple sites.

The role includes leading people analytics, workforce planning, coaching leaders, and developing programs that support internal mobility, performance management, and readiness for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a people function in a fast-growing, multi-site organization.
• Ability to translate mission and values into people strategy, programs and day-to-day practices.
• Track record of developing people metrics and dashboards to measure organizational health.
• Experience with organizational design, succession planning and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define holistic people philosophy aligned with company mission, vision and values.
• Advise CEO and leadership on organizational design, talent and culture decisions.
• Evolve company culture with metrics and dashboards; report to leadership and board.
• Plan for multi-year headcount growth and site expansions; manage restructuring and new-site stand-ups.
