Excel™ is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP, Head of People to lead the company's people strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of People will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for aligning talent and culture initiatives with business objectives while building a high-performing, scalable organization.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years HR experience in high-growth environments.
SHRM-SCP/ SPHR/ SHRM-CP / PHR preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR ops, and analytics.
Experience supporting remote and multi-state workforces preferred.
