The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and a strong partnerships with Finance. You will manage hiring outcomes, develop a scalable function, and drive company culture through events, engagement surveys, and performance cycles.

Qualifications

• Own onboarding, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding.
• System owner for HRIS, ATS, and PEO platforms.
• Own benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach managers through performance cycles.
