Job summary

GLOBO is seeking a Director, People Operations to design, implement, and oversee the company’s HR infrastructure, ensuring scalable processes that support a high-growth workforce. This leader partners with the executive team to align talent strategy with business goals.

You will own strategic talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll integration, and analytics, leveraging Paylocity, HubSpot, and ATS to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (HR, business, or related field).
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR is a strong plus.
• Experience scaling startups to enterprise.
• Analytical skills to translate data into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the full employee lifecycle and onboarding/off-boarding processes.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and forecast hiring needs across departments.
• Oversee performance management, compensation leveling, and promotion frameworks.
• Monitor HR analytics and maintain HRIS/ATS integrations to support leadership.
