ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Business Insights Manager to lead cross‑functional analytics across Marketing, Sales, and Implementation in a mission‑driven, remote‑first environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics with cross-functional experience.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts or analytics teams with accountability for performance.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python and/or R, advanced Excel, and large datasets including Salesforce data.
• Experience with operational platforms, Git repositories, and cloud environments (Fabric/Azure).
• Strong data visualization skills with Power BI and/or Tableau and ability to translate insights for leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistical concepts for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to influence decision-making with cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team delivering insights across Marketing, Sales, and Implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-backed recommendations that improve business and customer outcomes.
• Develop analytical frameworks to answer broad business questions and identify root causes.
• Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting for strategic planning.
• Analyze business initiatives to measure KPI impact and inform decisions across functions.
• Provide coaching to drive continuous improvement and data literacy across the team.
• Guide development and interpretation of models and advanced analytics including regression and time series.
• Establish scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data products for visibility into performance and value.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiency across acquisition, conversion, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Reporting teams on complex data needs and automation.
• Design experiments and pilots to measure impact and enable data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of self-service analytics and clear data storytelling.
• Mentor and develop team talent, plan for succession, and recruit as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
