ClearCaptions is seeking a Business Insights Manager to lead cross‑functional analytics across Marketing, Sales, and Implementation within a mission‑driven team. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver reporting frameworks, forecasts, and deep‑diving analyses that inform strategic decisions across the customer lifecycle.

The role guides a team of analysts, defines KPIs, builds dashboards, and develops advanced models to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of data analytics / BI experience with cross-functional data.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a high‑performing analytics team responsible for delivering insights across Marketing, Sales, and Implementation.
• Collaborates with internal teams to solve cross‑functional business challenges and provide actionable, data‑backed recommendations.
• Distills root causes to develop analytical frameworks for data‑driven answers.
• Partners with senior leadership to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting that support strategic planning.
• Analyzes initiatives to measure their impact on KPIs for the organization.
• Guides design and interpretation of experiments, pilots, and new initiatives.
• Fosters data literacy and self‑service analytics across the organization.
• Onboards, mentors, and inspires a diverse, highly engaged analytics team.
