Job summary
Ceribell is seeking a strategic People Operations leader to strengthen systems powering employee experience, mobility, and operational integrity. You’ll own HR programs and coordinate with Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, Stock Admin, and Talent, while guiding Talent Acquisition and Talent Management operations to scale our organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in progressive People Operations
- At least 2 years in a formal leadership role
- Experience with HR systems, HCM, performance tools
- Experience at scale in high-growth or regulated environments
- Ability to build teams and process infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People Operations Core team
- Own long-term strategy and HR systems administration
- Design, implement, and scale onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
- Ensure compliance across employee records and audit readiness
- Own Talent Acquisition Operations and Talent Management Operations
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits to deliver equity, compensation and benefits
- Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, Stock Admin, and Talent
- Drive improvements in People processes and documentation
- Guide HR dashboards and headcount reporting for decision-making
