Job summary

Ceribell, Inc in Sunnyvale is seeking an experienced, strategic People Operations leader to strengthen the systems powering employee experience, internal mobility, and operational integrity. You will shape lifecycle programs, direct HR systems strategy, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, Stock Admin, and Talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience with formal leadership.
• Deep expertise in HR systems, configuration, and administration (HCM, performance, ticketing).
• Experience leading programs at scale in high-growth or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with compensation, equity logistics, and immigration coordination.
• Proven ability to build teams, establish process infrastructure, and lead through complexity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Operations Core team and manage priorities.
• Own long-term HR systems strategy and integration with IT for support.
• Design and scale onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, promotions, leaves.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
• Own Talent Acquisition Operations and coordinate workflows between stakeholders.
• Oversee Talent Management Operations including goals, performance, and development.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits on equity, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Serve as cross-functional escalation point across Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, Stock Admin, Talent.
• Drive improvements in processes and dashboards with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics on headcount reporting and insights.
