Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or related HR fields.
• Experience leading design and delivery of people development programs (leadership, onboarding, performance management).
• Experience leading and coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Leads People Development function and establishes priorities and service expectations.
• Translates organizational priorities into People Development strategies and solutions.
• Partners with leaders and HR to identify development needs and design programs.
• Oversees onboarding, Day 1 experience, and orientation processes.
• Measures program effectiveness using data and feedback.
