Memorial Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee the People Development function, driving the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that enhance leadership effectiveness and employee performance across the organization.

The role partners with leaders and HR to translate priorities into scalable development solutions, while guiding the team to deliver practical, measurable programs aligned with Memorial Health values.

Qualificações

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, OD, Education, Business or related field.
• Five+ years in learning, organizational development, talent or HR.
• Experience leading design and delivery of people development programs.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience with performance and talent management processes preferred.
• Experience using learning tech or LMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the People Development function and sets priorities and service standards.
• Coaches and develops the People Development team and ensures consistent delivery.
• Translates organizational priorities into People Development strategies and solutions.
• Serves as trusted advisor to leaders and HR partners on development needs.
• Oversees design and delivery of leadership development programs for multiple levels.
• Identifies critical leadership capabilities and develops solutions for current and future needs.
• Oversees new hire orientation and Day 1 experiences to ensure a welcoming intro.
• Partners with HR, IT, Facilities and others to improve onboarding.
• Leads performance management strategy and processes and provides development guidance.
• Develops tools and guidance to strengthen leadership and employee development.
• Establishes measures of success and uses data to improve programs.
